OUR FOUNDER, GARY DERYCH is the third
generation of his family to work in this field. Although his father and his
grandfather were tile setters as well as general contractors, Gary decided to
start a tile re-grouting business. In October of 1990 Grout GrouchTM was born
after Gary investigated and found that there was virtually no one performing
this type of work. He also developed a TV commercial that generated enough
business to keep him busy 7 days a week. Gary has grown his business to have as
many as 10 trucks working the northern New Jersey market.
Gary has also experimented with and developed several tools to help make his
business more proficient. Over the years many people have suggested to Gary
that he franchise his business. After much thought and investigation into
franchising his business Gary finally decided to do so after assuring himself
that the Grout GrouchTM business model was a success. |
